1. Return Policy

1A. We provide a 1-year non-accidental warranty (*) for all our products starting from the delivery date; therefore, if there’s any issue arises with the product you can ship it back to us (shipping charges will be worn by us i.e., we will be paying for the charges when the product reaches to us at our corporate office 4818 MORNING RISE CIR JACKSONVILLE, FL 32218

1B. However, if you wish to return your product the window for returning an item is 20 days from the date of delivery of the product. (This doesn’t include the time for shipping from your location to our location) For returning the product you can contact us on Mail Id or call us at Phone number.

1C. There will be no conditions whatsoever for returning the product(within 30 days of delivery); if you are unhappy with your purchase you can call us at +123456789  mail us  info@swbdrones.com, or you can directly visit our corporate office and demand for a return of the product.

1D. After receiving the product at our end, we will process your refund or exchange request within 2 working days and initiate the refund or initiate shipping of the exchanged product as per your wish.

2. Exchange Policy

2A. There will be two scenarios if you want to exchange your bought product with any other existing product.
Firstly, if you decide to exchange the product within 20 days of getting it delivered to you, then you need to contact us via mail info@swbdrones.com, call +123456789 visit us, and let us know which product you want to exchange it with. If you want to go for a pricier product than the one you bought then you will have to pay the difference amount without any depreciation made to your original product. However, if you are willing to buy any less costly item than your product then we will process the refund(For more info on the refund policy you can see below in the refund section) of the balance amount.

In the second scenario if you decide to exchange the product after the 30 days period then we will negotiate with you on how much to deduct for the depreciation of the product countering into factors like how many times it was flown, How many months or years ago it was delivered to you, battery cycles, and the state of the articles to name a few. After negotiating and arriving at a mutually agreed amount to deduct we will deduct that from the original invoicing and the rest of the balance will be adjusted with the price of the new product that you want to buy.

Please note that prices here are inclusive of GST.
After 30 days we reserve the right to say no to a return, refund or exchange request.
You need to send us proper videos and photos of each of the items after raising a return, refund or exchange request.


3A. If you decide to go for a refund after returning the product, we will initiate the transaction within two working days at your preferred banking option.

3B. You need to send us your banking information via mail; which will be added as a beneficiary at our corporate account which takes around 4 hours then we will proceed either with a NEFT or RTGS which will be reflected in your account within 30 minutes of initiating the transaction.

3C. We will attach the screenshot and the Unique transaction number in the mail to you for your reference. This UTN can be used for any further disputes which might occur due to banking errors or any error at all.
